Day 2 in Thai: Visiting the historical ruins part 1

There is family mart in Thai! 

On the second day of the thai trip my mom and I decided to go on a tour to the historic spots of Thai.


We got up around 6am to get to the emporium suits at 7am.


My tuna sandwich $1.5 I bought at family mart.


My moms baht to yen money sheet...




Another bread for breakfast. Don't really know why its green.


And after a two hour bus ride we arrived to the coconut farm.








This was really sweet and tasty.

Lot's and lot's of foreigners.




And then we went to the water market.




















You get to see the locals on the way.

Day1 in Thai: Meeting a friend and eating.

My first ever adventure starts at the Thai train station.

With the help of the english signs I successfully go on the right train.

I've never seen a train that is covered with advertisement.

You have to pay for a card to go in and outside of the station.

So I have reached Siam station to meet a American-Thai friend who I met in Japan. 

I'm not sure if security was everywhere because of the bombing that happened in Thai but we have to go through this gate when entering the shopping mall.

Siam station is one of the main station in Bangkok where the shopping malls and young people gather. As explained by my friend, its like a shibuya in Thai.

To explain how I got to Thai

1. I was in Nagano Prefecture until 5pm (see previous post)

2. I was in Shinjuku at 9pm

3. I left Haneda airport at 12am to Thai.

4. I was in Thai at 6am

Yesss... I didn't notice I booked the flight on the same day I was coming back from Nagano prefecture. Pretty pathetic of me.

Thus I had winter clothes and summer clothes in the same suitcase. 

But I did successfully land in Bangkok at the end!

The plan for this trip is to go around Bangkok with my mom.

My mom took a flight from Osaka and I took a flight from Tokyo so we landed at a complete different time. And I took the limosine by myself to our family friend's house in Thai.

I saw this guy everywhere. Didn't think he was attractive at all but he was everywhere.

And I got to my friend's house at 7am. They offered me breakfast. 

I didn't think I would have some traditional Japanese breakfast in Thai. Haha.

Outdoor Adventure in Nagano Prefecture: Part 2!

Our breakfast at Morikura was a wonderful one, thanks to our wonderful friend who is super duper good at cooking. We had some tomato soup with sausages and veggies with toast and omelet with cheese. I haven't had such an amazing breakfast in such a long time.

We can't forget about the coffee either!

We also set this up for the dinner we were going to have later. 

The kids ski and sleighed around the area.

After having a little morning break we were ready to head to the big mountain.

Going down the mountain we were staying at with the motor ski.

As I have said in the last post this is homemade sleigh! And it's made out of ski.

We split off into several cars to reach to the mountain we were going to climb.

The reason why I would love to drive in Japan is because of the mountain scenery.

I think it's a lot better then driving through forests and flat lands for hours and hours. As of Japan, scenery changes quite often if you go for a few hour drive.
